This is an agreement between you and [Your Name / Legal Entity] ("we", "us") for the AnyHome app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms. The App is local-first and account-free: you do not create an account to use it.
By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
AnyHome helps you organize care and visits for homes you do not live in every day. It stores your data locally on your device and works without an account. The App is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for professional inspection, maintenance, legal, or safety advice (see Disclaimers).
You must be at least [16] years old to use the App. If you purchase a subscription, the minimum age required by Apple or Google applies to that purchase. In the United States, users under 13 are not permitted.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, through the App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlement; we do not process or store your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged at the same price for the same duration, unless the price has changed with prior notice.
Try every feature free for 7 days. The trial converts to a paid Care Plus subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused periods except as required by law or the store's refund policy. After the trial, editable features require Care Plus. The app remains available in read-only mode so you can view and export existing local records.
We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change through the store. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The App, its design, text, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You retain ownership of the content you create within the App.
The App is a personal organization tool. It is not a professional home inspection, engineering, legal, insurance, or safety service. Checklists, reminders, and suggestions do not constitute professional advice. For anything that affects health, safety, structure, or legal standing, consult a qualified professional. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any reliance on its reminders or records. Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing it up.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device, which removes your local data. We may suspend or discontinue the App; if we do, we will try to provide notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g. the State of Delaware, USA / England and Wales], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where feasible.
